At M.I.L.A., we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
